Important Notice

If you plan to be interred with an in-ground casket and are not sure if your space will require a burial vault or already has a pre-installed crypt, please call the San Gabriel Cemetery office for assistance at (626) 282-2764.
In addition to owning a right of interment (casket or cremation space), at the time of need, there are cemetery fees that your family will need to pay to the cemetery to provide an interment service at the cemetery.
The cemetery fees can be paid in advance, sparing your family the expense at the time of your passing. Also, by planning your cemetery fees in advance, these fees are calculated at today’s prices. So, even if it is many years from now before you eventually pass, the price of the cemetery fees are locked in at today’s prices.
Advance planning of your cemetery fees is accomplished by selecting and funding a pre-need insurance policy. San Gabriel Cemetery has partnered with Homesteaders Life Insurance Company for our Pre-need funding source.
For the purposes of pre-planning, each individual is required to make their arrangement individually. For an individual, there would need to be one arrangement. For a husband and wife, there would be two separate arrangments.

Your choices here are self-explanatory please choose one of the three.

Screen # 2

Choose Burial if you plan to use a casket for any type of interment.
Choose cremation if you plan on having ashes interred.

These directions are self-explanatory.

Screen # 4

If you chose burial on screen two you will have three burial option packages to choose. Pick the one that applies to your property type.
If you chose cremation on screen two you will be given three cremation option packages to choose. Pick the one that applies to your property type.

You will be able to add additional funds for cash advances that your family may use for items such as honorariums, catering, cutting/engraving a death date. However, the family may choose to use these funds for any other items or expenses they wish. You will be given the opportunity to choose from $0 up to $2000.

Review the summary of the items you selected and provides the total cost. As you proceed through the next several screens, you will be able to choose a payment option.

On the following screen, you will be asked to provide your contact information as well as other necessary information to complete your application.
